News Releasesolidare sells property in Bonn to DREFMalta, 11 July 2016: solidare real estate holding plc («solidare») (MT0000580101 / A1JGT0 / XNH) informs that it has sold its property on Plantanenweg 29, Bonn, to a subsidiary of DREF Deutsche Real Estate Fund, Luxembourg. The transaction was closed on 8th July 2016.The property on Plantanenweg 29 is a high-rise office building, which is now being converted into over 250 micro-apartments for students. The entire project has been planned by solidare Wohnraum, Bau- und Planungsgesellschaft mbH, and is now being executed by Primus Asset Management GmbH as general contractorBoth companies are subsidiaries of solidare, which is active in the entire real estate value chain covering planning, construction and the ongoing management of the property.The received liquidity will be used for the acquisition of further properties in central locations of German cities, which are suitable for the construction and use of micro-apartments.Further information about solidare can now be found at www.solidare.de.
